Relive the glory days of hauling your rig to the neighbors house for nonstop, overnight, taped-to-the-ceiling action!
This is the first ever all-night Guildhouse event, AND the first event with a Bring Your Own Computer option.
We'll be running micro-tournaments all day and night, for throwback titles such as:
- StarCraft Brood War
- Counter-Strike 1.6
- Warcraft 3
- And more!
Participate in as many (or as few) as your inner 13-year-old self will allow!
Note: All modern gaming also welcome
There will be prizes, giveaways, drink specials, comradery, mayhem, a best rig contest, suffering, joy, and mountain dew.
2 Options for Participating in Y2K LAN Party:
- BYOC
- You'll have a spot reserved in The Great Hall to set up your PC
- We provide power and an ethernet port, you bring the rest
- This ticket includes entry into the PC Build Contest! Show off your rig for the chance to win prizes from Central Computers!
- Coordinate with friends if you want to set up shop next to eachother
- Notes:
- Maximum space allocated per PC setup 36" x 30"
- Maximum power allocation per PC is 5.0 Amps or 600 Watts on heavy load - if you think you need more power, message us
- PC Reservation
- You'll have exclusive use of one our house PCs all weekend
- They have RTX 3070s and Ryzen 5 3600x or better, 16gb RAM.
- We have peripherals and mouse pad- but you're welcome to bring your own!
- Monitors are all 144Hz refresh rate or better
- You'll get the PC you reserve- so buy in a block with friends you want to be next to
Tickets are for reserving your spot in the LAN and after-hours gaming, but everyone is welcome to stop by throughout the weekend for the spectacle!

FAQ
- BYOC Unload & Parking
- We suggest unloading in front of Guildhouse on Saturday morning. Bring everything in, then repark at the i280 parking lot
- i280 Lot is free all weekend - but leave no PC equipment in your car, duh
- i280 Lot address: 691S S Second St, San Jose, CA 95112 - 3 blocks from Guildhouse
- Overnight Guest Restrictions
- Limited to ticket holders only
- No exist/return between 1am when Guildhouse closes on Saturday, and 6am on Sunday; once you're inside, stay inside
- All alcoholic beverages will be collected at 1am on Saturday, and alchol will be forbidden until 6am on Sunday, per California law
- Non-Ticket Holders
- Guildhouse will be open to the public during regular business hours (Saturday/Sunday, 3pm-1am)
- BYOC area will have restricted access from the public to protect personal property
- Micro Tournament Games
- For the micro tournament games, we will make best effort to provide copies of each game we run to those who don't own the game.
